CiteHQ.io does not guarantee specific citation scores, AI platform rankings, recommendation outcomes, or business results of any kind, as these are determined in part by third-party AI systems — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and Claude — that operate outside CiteHQ.io's control. We commit to delivering the methodology, deliverables, and reporting specified in each engagement's Statement of Work, executed to the standard described on this site.
CiteHQ.io's services depend on the behavior of AI platforms we do not own, operate, or control. These platforms may change their algorithms, policies, training data, or citation behavior at any time, without notice, in ways that affect a client's citation-share score independent of any work performed by CiteHQ.io. Pricing displayed on citehq.io, including Launch Promotion pricing (30% off standard rates), is current as of the date shown and subject to change. Launch Promotion pricing requires a signed contract by December 31, 2026, applies for the full 12-month contract term, and is available to businesses in the Greater Houston region. Full terms are described on the Services page and will be confirmed in each client's Statement of Work.
CiteHQ.io reserves the right to modify pricing, service scope, and package inclusions at any time, at its sole discretion, without requiring consent from any individual or entity. Changes take effect prospectively and do not alter the terms of an already-signed Statement of Work for its current contract term.
Once a client signs a Statement of Work or otherwise commits to a service package, the scope, length, and terms of that engagement are fixed for the contracted term. The client may not change, cancel, or modify the package once signed. No refunds are issued for any unused portion of a package, whether due to early termination, reduced engagement, or any other reason.
Services begin only upon receipt of a signed Statement of Work and either a purchase order or payment, whichever the engagement requires. CiteHQ.io is under no obligation to commence work before this condition is met.
CiteRE, CiteHQ.io's proprietary Resonance Engine, is functional today, as described elsewhere on this site. Its precision layer continues to develop with ongoing engagement data, and any other capability described as in development reflects CiteHQ.io's current product roadmap, provided for informational purposes. Descriptions of planned or in-development enhancements are not commitments to deliver on any particular timeline.
